NBF boikotter IBA mesterskap og arrangementer der russere/hviterussere deltar

Norges Bokseforbunds styre har vedtatt å ikke delta i IBA mesterskap og arrangement der russere eller hvite-russere deltar. Dette vedtaket gjelder for alle våre boksere, klubber, dommere og funksjonærer.

I den umiddelbare fremtid og i praksis vil dette bety at vi ikke deltar i det kommende VM i India og Uzbekistan, eller i EM i Armenia.

Vi i Norges Bokseforbund, sammen med de nordiske olympiske og paralympiske komiteer og idrettsforbund, benytter anledningen til å bekrefte vår standhaftige støtte nok en gang til det ukrainske folket og kravet om fred. . #standwithukraine #stopwar

NBF boycotts IBA championships and events where Russians/Belarusians participate

The Norwegian Boxing Association's board has decided not to participate in IBA championships and events where Russians or Belarusians participate. This decision applies to all our boxers, clubs, judges and officials.

In the immediate future and in practice, this will mean that we will not participate in the upcoming WC in India and Uzbekistan, or in the EC in Armenia.

We in the Norwegian Boxing Association, together with the Nordic Olympic and Paralympic Committees and sports federations, take this opportunity to confirm our steadfast support once again to the Ukrainian people and their demand for peace. . #standwithukraine #stopwar
