An international Cutman Course will be held in Stockholm, Sweden on the 3rd & 4th of december. The course is open to coaches and seconds from all combat sports. Apply for the course now!
The course is intended for coaches and seconds who want to deepen their knowledge in the noble profession of a Cutman. Course Instructors Joseph Clifford and Bob Plant are two of the world's greatest Cutmen who work diligently for the UFC and British professional boxing. They are real professionals who leave nothing to chance when it comes to their fighters' safety.
Everybody who seconds a fighter in a combat sport without head protection should take this course! Clifford and Plant have revolutionized the Cutman profession and done away with adrenaline and other clumsy and dangerous substances in favor of modern and safe methods. Even professional hand wrapping for boxing and MMA are included in the course. Professional hand wrapping is now allowed in AIBA Elite Men´s competitions which makes it extremely important to be able to perform it correctly.
No previous knowledge is required.
Schedule
Saturday 3/12, Enrollment at 9:30 am-10:00 am, Course 10.00 – 17.00 (lunch 12.30-13.30).
Sunday, 4/12, Course 09.00-16.00 (lunch 12.00-13.00).

Course fee:
290 Euro will include course materials, lunch and refreshments.
Cancellation policy:
Non-attendance will be charged to the participant at 100%. Cancellation 7 days before the course start date will be charged at 50%.
The course itself was born out of the dire need to educate seconds/cornermen on fighter safety and care using modern scientific principles and evidence based treatments. It educates participants on hygiene, sanitation, concussion best practice in delivering safe and effective treatments between rounds, post-fight, in the gym and much more…
The course provides participants with the most up to date techniques, handling skills and evidence based treatments modalities and does not endorse the use of dangerous drugs i.e. adrenaline 1:1000 but rather teaches participants how to use natural alternatives i.e. hemostatic agents (substance that stop bleeding) in the treatment of wounds e.g. lacerations, nose bleeds & swelling but to name a few.

Bio Bob Plant
Bob Plant is one of the longest serving Cutmen on the UFC, British, European and World boxing. He has over four decades of experience and is known throughout every major organization in the world. Primarily because of his unique approach to fighter safety and care earning him the name of, 'Uncle Bob' amongst his peers and those that he works for.
Bob has worked with national, international and world champions in MMA and Boxing.
Bio Joseph Clifford
Joseph Clifford designed and lectures the Cutman Course. He has dedicated his career to voice his concerns about fighter safety and care in combat sports.
Joe has nearly a decade and a half experience working with the UFC, Irish, European and World amateur and professional Boxing. He is also the first Cutman to have ever worked amateur professional MMA and Boxing. Being one of the first Cutmen to have ever worked the Olympics in Rio 2016.
